STATUTORY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In application of your statutory right of withdrawal, you may return an order by:

- returning the concerned products within a maximum of 14 business days from your notification of withdrawal, in their original condition, unsealed nor used for reasons of hygiene.
Personalised products cannot be returned.

RETURN POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from www.drunkelephant.co.uk, you may return it within maximum 14 days of the notification of your right of withdrawal and we will provide the merchandise refund in the original form of payment within a maximum of 14 business days from the receipt of your return, subject that the products are in a good condition (i.e. in their original condition, not unsealed, opened or used, and not personalised). If you want to benefit from a free return, please kindly follow the below steps within 30 days from your purchase to return your Drunk Elephant item(s):
- 1. Make an online return request by clicking on “Create a return” from the page detailing your initial order, accessible from your Client account. You can also click on “Track order” at the bottom of each page of the Site, if you do not have an account.
- 2. Once the return is created, print the return form, from the confirmation page and put it in your parcel.
- 3. From the same page, click on “e-mail prepaid label”
- 4. Go to the e-mail address account you have provided during your order and print your prepaid return label sent by Royal Mail.
- 5. Place the Products you wish to return in their original packaging when possible, or otherwise other suitable packaging and ensure that the parcel is correctly sealed.
- 6. Stick the prepaid return label on the parcel and ensure that no previous delivery label is still visible.
- 7. Leave the parcel at your Post Office.

MAXIMUM PURCHASE POLICY
We regret that we must limit orders to no more than 5 units for any item. Certain products and other limited sets may be restricted to one or two units per order.

Prices and payment in pounds sterling only
Prices of the products displayed on the Site include V.A.T, according to the V.A.T applicable in the country of delivery.
Payment must be made on the Site immediately at the time of placing the order, in pounds sterling and by the methods of payment available on the website. Any other method of payment shall not be accepted.
The amount of the order will be debited upon expedition of the order.

*When collecting your order at your local Post Office please bring a form of Photo ID/Confirmation sent to you via Email/SMS.
'Working day' means Monday through Friday, except bank or public holidays.
Standard Delivery is free for all orders on £49 or above and/or as amended from time to time. If the order is placed after the relevant cut-off time as communicated, it will be processed the following business day.
The Products that are ordered may only be delivered to England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, and the Channel Islands.
TRACKING YOUR ORDERS
After your order is placed, you will be emailed a receipt confirmation. As soon as your package is assigned a tracking number, you can track the delivery status from your customer account.

Do you have discounts or promo codes that I can use for my order?
If you haven’t signed up for our emails – please do! We will let you know about latest launches, news and offers. While we may not offer discounts often, our kits and gift sets are a great way to receive multiple products at a value.
Can I use more than one promo code at a time?
Promotion codes are limited to one code per order, and in some cases, promotions can only be redeemed once per person. Offers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotion codes. All promotion codes are available for a limited time and cannot be used once expired. Promotions are not redeemable for cash. Drunk Elephant reserves the right to change or rescind offers and promotion codes at any time. Please note that misuse of promotions and codes may result in order cancellation.

PRODUCT QUESTIONS
Do your products have expiration dates?
Most of our products do not have expiration dates.
All skin care products have a PAO, or period-after-opening date that is printed on the packaging. This information is a guideline to get the most out of your products and use them at their peak efficacy. If you turn your Drunk Elephant bottles to the side, you will see a little open can with a number inside. This refers to the number of months in which we recommend using the product.
Is your packaging recyclable?
Our first priority is always the safety and effectiveness of the formula. Our entire Hair and Body line comes in recyclable packaging, as well as A-Passioni, Beste No.9, E-Rase and Virgin Marula Oil. At this time, in order to protect our formulations, the pumps available are not recyclable. However, when the option becomes available, we will be the first in line!
Are your products all-natural/organic?
While Drunk Elephant aims for its products to be as natural as possible, it is far more important that the ingredients in them are effective and safe for your body and skin. Plenty of natural ingredients are irritating, so we consistently formulate our products with soothing, low-hazard ingredients — regardless of their natural or synthetic status.
Why do you use synthetics in your products?
Over time, we have found that a small number of low-hazard synthetic ingredients are essential to maintain the efficiency, color, and stability of a high-performance line. We strive to be as safe as possible while providing the most efficacious skin care available.
Are Drunk Elephant products vegan and gluten-free?
As none of our products are produced in dedicated gluten-free facilities, we do not make this claim in association with our products. If you have a gluten intolerance or allergy, your physician needs to be the final word on whether our products are suitable for your sensitives. We recommend taking the ingredient lists for any Drunk Elephant products you're considering to them for review, just to be safe.

What are the Suspicious 6™?
These are the six ingredients that we feel are at the root of most skin behaviors we see, including oily, acne-prone, inflamed, sensitive, combination, dry/dehydrated and more. We believe that eliminating the suspicious 6™ from your routine allows skin to reset to a normal, balanced state which means the products you are using can work as intended and deliver results. Instead of owning your skin “type”, remove silicones, essential oils, fragrance/dyes, drying alcohols, SLS and chemical/synthetic sunscreens and let your skin function and thrive as it can and should. Is it normal to feel tingling when using the Drunk Elephant Serums?
Yes, most definitely. When it comes to using a new product or ingredient (especially those that are acidic like L-Ascorbic and glycolic acid), start slowly and let your skin adjust. We use high concentrations in our products to ensure effectiveness, so a little tingling is not a bad thing!
