How can I place an order?

A product appeals to you, and you want to place an order?
It’s easy, just go to the product page, select the quantity you want and add it to your basket. Please note that the maximum quantity per item is 6 units.
You can view or change your basket by clicking on the dedicated icon in the top right-hand corner of the site. Once you have confirmed your basket, you will be able to place your order either by logging into your customer account or as a guest.
Please check the details of your order and the delivery address before completing payment for your order. An order confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as your order has been authorised.

What are the payment options?

We know how important security is when shopping online, which is why your payment is completely secure (SSL Certificate).
Please note that your payment will be debited when your order is dispatched.

How can I use my promotional code?

Enter your promotional code in the appropriate field in your basket. Simply click on “Apply” and the offer and the amount of your discount will appear in your basket summary.

As a reminder, every promotional code:
- Is valid only once per order and for a limited time only
- Cannot be combined with other current promotions, except as indicated in the offer's legal notice

If you get an error message when applying your code, please check that:
- No spaces were included when entering your code
- Upper/lower case letters have been entered correctly
- You didn’t confuse O and 0 when entering your code
- Your order meets all the terms and conditions of the offer

Can I cancel or change my order once it has been placed?

We do everything we can to process your order as quickly as possible. As a result, once your order has been confirmed, it is unfortunately not possible to cancel it or change it.
If you have changed your mind and no longer require the products you ordered, you have 30 days following receipt of your order to return it and obtain a refund.

We will do our best to dispatch your order as quickly as possible, but please note that delivery times may be longer during busy periods.

How do I return a product?

If you change your mind, you have 30 days from receipt of your order to return it to us.
You can make your return request directly from your customer account or from “Track my order” if you placed your order as a guest.
Once you have created your return, please pack your product(s) carefully and place the returns form inside your parcel. This will enable our teams to quickly identify your order.
A prepaid label will be sent to you by email so that you can return your parcel to us free of charge.
Please note that products must be new, unused and in their original packaging in order to be returned and refunded.

What are the refund methods and times?

Your refund will be made via the original payment method within a maximum of 14 days following receipt of your parcel in our warehouses.
During busy periods, please note that the refund may take longer.

How can I create an account?

If you wish to create a Drunk Elephant account, simply go to the “Sign in” tab at the top right and click on “Create an account”, or click here
You can then enter your contact email address and create your password.
Please note, you do not need to create an account to place an order. Once your basket has been confirmed, you can place your order as a guest.

I've forgotten my password. What should I do?

You can reset your password at any time by going to the “Sign in” tab and clicking on “Forgot Password?”. If your email address is associated with a customer account, you will receive a password reset email. Please check your spam and junk mail if you have not received it. Simply click on the link in the email to create your new password and access your account.
